Justin Ordonez has been in the landscape industry for 16 years. He began his career doing high end installations around the Arizona valley and moved his focus toward his landscape maintenance.  In 2022, due to superb work ethic, he advanced his career at Agave Environmental Contracting as the West Valley Director of Maintenance.   He looks forward to continued growth and continued education to always achieve his high-quality standards.  He holds his coworkers to high expectations and provides the support and training they need to be a successful team.  Justin is proud of the relationships he has built and prides himself in creating incredible relationships with everyone he works with.
